The journey to becoming parents through assisted contraception can be both physically and emotionally demanding. Reflexology can support a couple through these demands on many levels, such as helping with relaxation, reducing stress and balancing hormones. You may choose to begin a Reflexology for Fertility plan prior to or alongside assisted contraception.

A fertility treatment plan will usually be a minimum of six months starting with six or more weekly treatments followed by fortnightly then a monthly treatment will be done just before ovulation. Before beginning a treatment plan I will arrange to meet you to discuss your journey so far.
